Good morning!! Happy hump day! My brother has been in town for a work conference, so Sonny and I spent the last 2 nights meeting him and his friend downtown for food and drinks. Needless to say, I'm counting down till the weekend and we're only 1/2 way through the week. Extra coffees for me!! Here is an outfit I put together a few days ago, when it was chilly in Austin!
I love pairing boots with leggings, because it appears "dressy" at first glance, but really you're kind of wearing pajamas... or workout clothes... in disguise! These are my favorite from Target. It's hard for me to find leggings that are actually long enough for my legs, and don't shrink into capris. The material is great too because it doesn't fade after washes. Nobody wants to be wearing old faded black yoga pants!
The boots are old from Agaci (similar). I don't normally shop there, but I was on the hunt for some knee high cognac boots, and they were such a great deal. I love them because the heel is super low, but it still gives your legs a little lift and makes the "heel" noise when you walk. Is it weird that that means something?? LOL! I love the color too they match everything!
The cable knit sweater is from Forever21 (similar) and the blanket scarf is from Old Navy (similar). I'm trying out a new Colourpop Lippie Stick here in the shade 'Dazed' it's a really pretty berry color!
