Hello fall! I can't believe how fast this year has gone by! It seems like just yesterday that I was celebrating New Year's Eve. But I'm not complaining! This is my favorite season. Although, now that we live in Texas we don't really get to experience the beauty of it. At least we have 2 weddings up north in October, so we can see the leaves change and then get out before the cold strikes! Even though it's been mostly 80's and sunshine here, I've had fun putting together some fall looks and getting in the spirit!
I teamed up with a boutique, ILY Heart, and got this cute bodysuit! I've never worn one before so I wasn't sure what to expect. Lately I've been tucking my shirts in the front, so it was really nice that the bodysuit stays perfectly tucked in all day & doesn't get bunched up or untuck. I have to say that using the restroom brought me back to my dance days! We used to wear leotards and tights every practice, which is a pain when you have a small bladder like me! I'd say the bodysuit is totally worth it though, right? ;-) The maroon hat is from Old Navy and I got it during a 40% sale, so it was super cheap! They seem to be always having sales; I just saw they have 30% off right now! My lipstick is Anastasia Beverly Hills liquid lipstick in the color 'Veronica'. This color was sold out for months and it's finally back in stock! I would snag it if you can, because I always get compliments on it!

I put together this Fall "inspiration" pic on Instagram, because it's just way too hot in Texas to wear any of this yet! The hat and flats are from Nordstrom, and I got them 30% off during their anniversary sale. It looks like they don't have the hat in stock anymore :-( The plaid blanket scarf is old from Old Navy last year, but they are so popular now that you can find them anywhere! The sunglasses are Kate Spade in the style 'Shawna' (a gift a few years back from my hunny!) and the lipstick is Gerard Cosmetics in Jaclyn Hill's shade '1995'.
Lastly... what is Fall without Bath & Body Works 3-wick candles?! I took advantage of their recent sale that I posted on my Instagram. They had all candles for $12.50 a piece (normally $22.50) and were also offering a $10 off $30 coupon. Leaves and Marshmallow Fireside used to be my all time fav's, but I couldn't resist the smell of Flannel and Autumn either! Sonny helped me pick them out and he said he wanted Marshmallow Fireside for himself to burn in his "mancave" while he watches football on the projector. Too funny!! Even though it's summer weather here, the house has been smelling like Fall ever since! Hope everyone has been enjoying the new season! Xoxo
